Do you accept insurance?

Yes, I am in network with United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and TriWest

I can also provide receipts for out-of-network clients to turn into their insurance for reimbursement.


Do you offer free consultations?

Yes, reach out for a free 15-minute phone consultation. During the consultation you can discuss your needs and ask any questions you have. I will tell you how I can help, and we can decide if we are a good fit.


What is the cost of a session?

$150 - Per session (Individual or Couples Counseling)

$180 - Per session (Family Counseling)

Accepted forms of payment: Credit Card, HSA, FSA


How long is a therapy session?

Sessions are typically 45-55 minutes in length

How often should we meet?

We will work together to develop a schedule that aligns with your needs. Some clients choose to meet weekly, twice a week, or every other week.

Should I do in-person or teletherapy?

Most people have come to enjoy the convenience of teletherapy (virtual sessions). I also offer in-person sessions for those who prefer coming into an office. Both in-person and virtual sessions are treated the same, so it is up to personal preference.


What type of counseling do you offer?

I use an integrative approach that is built on collaboration. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.


What should I expect during our sessions?

Our first session is where we get to know each other and determine what type of therapy will work best for you. The following sessions will focus on building trust and addressing your specific concerns.


What days and times do you offer sessions?

I offer sessions Monday through Friday during normal business hours.



What ages to you see for counseling?

I see individuals ages 6 and up for counseling in individual, family, or couples settings. For children ages 6-15 I only offer in-person sessions.
